28/05/2011 Lunch

So just after my lunch which was 2 chicken legs and a wing. Had a small glass of protien and a banana a wee whle ago, so be back at dinner time. Done some light training and managed to get it recorded so i have decided to do daily vlogs so my next video will be up tonight guys.
