30/5/11 day of mess

Whats up guys, wo today i got up in a hell of a mood, couldnt be arsed with healthy food or anything, just felt rubbish. So Eva was out meeting her cousin and i started to feel a little bit better so made a protien shake with a banana, got a bit of energy and when Eva came back the three of us went for a walk round to the local park, so i got a wee tad of sunshne and exercise eventually lol!

But i decided i need more motivation and have to get my arse back into gear so from tomorrow im having to put little post it notes around the house with little messages intended to motivate me. HOPE IT WORKS!

So i will be back tomorrow with my new internet provider and ill have my vlogs up everyday hopefully, hope all you are doing well. Take care

So just up after sleeping thru my frickin alarm again, just about to make a bowl of porridge and have a banana, then go a wee walk for an hour or 30 mins. Ill see how i feel lol!.

28/05/2011 Lunch

So just after my lunch which was 2 chicken legs and a wing. Had a small glass of protien and a banana a wee whle ago, so be back at dinner time. Done some light training and managed to get it recorded so i have decided to do daily vlogs so my next video will be up tonight guys.

Im back forever

28/05/2011 day 1 of being back

So guys been up since a very bad time of 10:00am, slept in a little. Breakfast - 2 Large Boiled eggs, a medium youghurt (Peach), and a glass of milk. Going to do some light training in about 20 mins, prob just kind of walk on the spot kind o thing. Will defo get some recording done, only reason i didnt record at breaky was my little bro was here and when camera is on, he acts up lol!
